At Poke-Collect, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. If your purchase doesn't fit your style or size perfectly, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn apparel in its secure packaging, ensuring all Poke-Collect designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
